Plant HR Head-Manufacturing

1. HR Strategy and Execution:

3. Industrial Relations and Statutory Compliance:

- Oversee and manage Industrial Relations at the plant location.

4. Strategic HR Planning:

- Plan, direct, and coordinate HR activities to maximize their strategic fit with business objectives.

- Manage HR initiatives and programs within the allocated budget.

5. Staffing and Onboarding:

- Identify staffing needs and collaborate in the recruitment and hiring process.

- Ensure smooth and effective onboarding of new employees.

6. Performance Management, Engagement, and Retention:

- Develop and implement employee performance management processes.

- Foster a positive work environment and encourage employee development and growth.

7. Compliance and HR Metrics:

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, employee benefits, and compensation policies.

- Monitor HR metrics to identify trends, gaps, and areas for improvement.

8. Managerial Support and Development:

- Provide coaching and support to managers on HR matters, including performance management, employee relations, and career development.

9. Disciplinary Processes and Employee Grievances:

- Guide and oversee the end-to-end disciplinary process.

- Handle employee grievances and conduct HR investigations and disciplinary proceedings.

10. Proactive HR Function and Legal Compliance:

- Proactively manage employee relations, compensation, and HR policies.

- Ensure company-wide legal and statutory compliance on employment-related matters.

11. Collaboration and Knowledge Sharing:

- Collaborate with HR colleagues across the organization to drive consistency and share best practices.

- Foster a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement within the HR function.
