Title : Head - HR - Multiple Plants - Manufacturing

- Head - HR is responsible to handle entire HR and IR related matters including 8 manufacturing plants (Presently six plants are operational due to business reasons) and HR Initiatives of Business.

- The primary objective is plan, develop and create a healthy and learning environment by implementing best HR practices to achieve business objective.

- Organizational development by co-relating HR function with business objectives. Focus on talent acquisition, employee retention, people skill enhancement, process standardization, employee engagement, reward and recognition and maintaining good industrial relations

- HR Objectives and targets as per Vice President - HR guidelines

- Responsible for Industrial Relations, Statutory Compliances and CSR Activities

- Responsible for Manpower Budgets and Talent Acquisition for the business

- Responsible for Learning & Development initiatives for the Business Responsible for Employee Engagement initiatives for the Business

- Responsible for all the Talent Management Initiatives for the Business Responsible for all PMS initiatives of the Business

Required Candidate profile :

- Qualified MBA- HR / MSW /MPM from a premier institute

- 10-15 years of experience in manufacturing industry

- Should be currently managing multi locational plants

- Exposure to handle HR operations

- Exposure to large labour unions

- Exposure to handle the team

- Exposure to handle all statutory related compliance

- Required travelling across the plants.
