JOB SUMMARY

- The Head of HR is responsible for looking after entire gamut of HR & IR.

- Responsible for developing and executing human resource strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization, specifically in the areas of talent management, change management, organizational and performance management, training and development, compensation and Industrial Relations.

JOB DESCRIPTION

- Establish HR practices that effectively communicate and support ORGNIZATIONS vision and strategy.

- Develop and execute HR plans and strategies to support the achievement of the overall ORGNIZATIONS business objectives.

- Develop comprehensive Talent acquisition, Development, and Retention plans to meet the Human capital needs of ORGNIZATION.

- Develop and implement comprehensive Compensation and Benefits plans that are competitive and cost-effective for the company.

- Provide overall leadership and guidance to the HR function by overseeing Talent acquisition, Career Development, Succession Planning, Employee Engagement, leadership development, Compensation and Benefits.

- Formulates policy and directs and coordinates industrial relations activities of organization: Formulates policy for subordinate managers of departments, such as employment, compensation, labour relations, and employee services, according to knowledge of company objectives, government regulations, and labour contract terms.

- Have handled IR in a unionized environment.

- Exposure of wage settlement & negotiations.

- Writes directives advising department managers of company policy regarding equal employment opportunities, compensation, and employee benefits.

- Analyzes wage and salary reports and data to determine competitive compensation plan.

- Studies legislation, arbitration decisions, and collective bargaining contracts to assess industry trends.
