Client Details : Our Client is a large automobile MNC

Description :

- Liaise with Business and HR leadership to propagate end to end HR agenda for a Plant in Chennai, India

- Direct and coordinate the IR and compliance incl. administration and negotiation of collective bargaining with Unions and stakeholders (external & internal)

- Strategize and implement HR Processes and policies across the organisation and ensure compliance is cascaded down to the organisation through the team

- Lead a team of multiple senior employees across locations looking after Organisation Development, Succession Planning, Competency Mapping, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Learning and Development across the organisation

Profile :

- MBA Full Time in HR or MSW from a reputed institution

- At least 15 years of experience in HR & IR in manufacturing set ups

- Experience in Heading HR for an entire Plant is mandatory

- Knowledge of HR Compliance , IR laws , Union Management, Labour Laws, other statutory requirements is a must

- Experience negotiating with Unionised employees and long term settlements

- Strong team handling experience managing multi-functional teams in HR, preferably across multiple locations

- Excellent communication skills with strong stakeholder management skills is mandatory
