Looking for a stable candidates from Automobile, Consumer Durable, FMCG, Tyres Etc Key Result Areas: - Strategizing annual HR plans and manpower budgets; guiding the recruitment function as per planned manpower budget&nbsp; - Conceptualizing, implementing and articulating the organizational policies for streamlining systems and enabling growth&nbsp; - Formulating the KRAs / PMS / Goal Sheets for the appraisal process and ensuring the pay hikes are in-line with company standards and performance clearly aligned to individual pay awards. - Identifying top performers and creating development plans and opportunities to strengthen their skills Complying with legislative dues, preparing reports and returns pertaining to PF, ESIC, PT, LWWF and Gratuity Planning Etc. - Conducting employee engagements &amp; organizational development programs; ensuring prompt resolution of employee grievances &amp; maintaining cordial employee relations. - Leading the capability development initiatives, identifying training needs, scheduling trainings, preparing training modules and measuring the effectiveness of these programs. - Managing contract labour, crisis and settlement of IR issues; facilitating cordial industrial relations in the organization in initiating settlement proceedings, managing enquiries and aligning the wages structure - Position Reports - Reports to Operations Head(Plant Head)
