Key Responsibilities : - Ensure harmonious Industrial Relations, Union handling, Collective bargaining (LTS)/Wage settlement. - Proactive Business Partnering, Drive Productivity improvement projects and vendor management - Effective Contract labour management to ensure flatulated manpower availability. - Ensure uninterrupted and proactive communication across levels/functions and Head office. - Drive and Facilitate employee life cycle including Talent hiring and Development, Induction, setting up KRA- s, effective Mid-year &amp; Annual Reviews, Performance Improvement Plans. - Drive Employee engagement to be Employer of choice, Employees Welfare &amp; Socialisation etc. - To Strengthen governance around statutory compliance - External Engagements including Factories &amp; Labour Deptt and other Government Officials, Police, Village and Panchayat representatives etc. Key Requirements : - Successful track record in an unionized factory environment, specially, should have hand-on experience of signing of multiple Long Term Settlements. - Hands-on experience on long term IR strategy. Proactive approach in handling the ER &amp; IR in the factory. Exposure of Disciplinary actions and domestic enquiries etc. - Excellent Communication and inter-personal skills with cross function and locations. - Comply with EHS needs and all statutory regulations with strong liasoning with various external stake holders. - Min 12-18 years of experience (including min 5-7 years in Tamil Nadu and MNC- s). - Proactive, Go getter, Good command on Tamil/ English and Hindi and exposure of MNC's is must. - Should be conversant in Tamil
