Position : Plant HR and Admin Head
Location : Chennai
Experience : 10+ Years
Preferred : Should be at least 2-year experience as heading Plant HR Function in Auto, Automobile, Manufacturing, Engineering etc.
Role : As leader of the HR function, this role will be responsible for leading an efficient team in the design and implementation of effective HR systems, policies and practices across the company.
Key Responsibilities :
- Be a strategic advisor to the Plant Head, business and function heads on all aspects of people management; work closely with the Plant & Corporate HR Head to support the top leadership team play their dual roles as individual leaders, and as a collective group.
- Create the HR organization structure and staff it with the requisite roles and capabilities to deliver on the HR strategy and programs; guide and coach the team to deliver high-quality solutions and services.
- Integrate all HR systems, policies and practices across plants and sales locations to drive a consistent high-quality employee experience across the company.
- Hands on experience of Heading HR & Admin, TA, Generalist, L&D, Training, Employee Engagement, Compliances, IR, Union at Plant/ Factory.
- Handling Talent Acquisition, Strategies, Policies, Talent Management, Employee Welfare etc.
- Will be taking care L&D, Training & Payroll Management.
- Hands on experience of handling Statuary compliances
- HRIR and IT Support and Implementations
