- This position is for a industrial products manufacturing organization for their large plant.
- Key role is for creating the overall HR Strategy in line with the business plans and executing all aspects of HR Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Organisation Design, Talent
- Management and Industrial Relations and working with the leadership to manage the plant HR activities.
- It will involve local liaision, employee welfare, security management as well.
