Description

As Head - Plant Finance, you would report to VP - Finance and your responsibilities will be as follows:

1. Engage as finance business partner for manufacturing facility

2. Provide decision support to partners by developing thorough financial analysis while cultivating both internal and external partnerships

3. Act as a catalyst in meeting key plant financial metrics

4. Build financial awareness in other plant functions

5. Set-up systems, process and controls for compliance

6. Support Plant Management to develop annual budget and periodic forecasts

7. Finance lead for Inventory and Fixed Assets management

8. Financial performance reporting - Monthly/quarterly/annual/ad hoc reporting

9. Product costing

10. Support in capex proposal, review of capital spend

Profile

As the ideal candidate, you are a Cost Accountant with 10-20 years of experience heading controlling and costing function for a manufacturing unit of at least INR 500 crores
