At present we are having a role of REGIONAL PLANT FINANCE CONTROLLER (PLANT FINANCE HEAD) for a reputed MNC into Flexible packaging based out of SILVASSA location. - LOOKING FOR A QUALIFIED CHARTERED ACCOUNTANT Job Title: Regional Plant Controller Function: Finance and Controlling Reporting to: Controller Operations Team Size: People Manager ( 2 - 3 Team Members ) Education Qualification: CA Location SILVASSA PLANT Role Summary : - Responsible for entire plant finance - Commercial and business awareness. - Excellent communication and an analytical approach to work. - High numeracy and sound technical skills. - Problem-solving skills and initiative. - Strong attention to detail and an investigative nature Roles and Responsibility : - Responsible for coordinating with the Plant Management Team, Corporate Finance Team - Handle Budgeting, Capex and Fixed Assets Management - Handle Month end financial close and cost tracking - Review and Analysis of General Ledger, Profit & Loss statement, Balance Sheet - Inventory Management and Control including physical verification of Inventory, review of Inventory ageing and timely actions in coordination of plant team for liquidation of inventory - Ensure Statutory Compliance - Implementation of Internal Controls and ensure SOPs are followed - Coordination with Shared Service team for month end accounts closing & day to day transactions. - Coordination with Statutory and Internal Auditors - Experience of working in Oracle, will have an added advantage Role Specific Competencies: - Technical Knowledge - Good Communication skills both written & spoken. - High achievement drive & commitment for excellence - Inter-personal relationship builder & Team Working - Good Listener - Quick & Responsive Stakeholder Management : - Plant Team - Corporate and Other Plants Finance Team - Internal Auditors - Central Sourcing Team - Marketing Team
