Position : Head Plant Engineering Services & EHS

Job roles and responsibilities :

Plant Engineering :

- Preparing the Engineering / Asset management strategy and designing a Reliability centered maintenance programme. Setting KPIs, developing standard operating procedures, implementing appropriate maintenance regimes for improving overall reliability and safety.Also contribute to best selection and design of new machinery considering energy efficiency,

TPM : Coordination and Implementation of best practices of TPM across all locations contributing to lean practices

Energy/Sustainability : Defining and developing sustainability strategy for Sites (Energy/Water etc), aligning with corporate goals, including system to identify and monitor projects, conducting Energy Audits

CAPEX planning : Developing Site CAPEX Plan, coordinating with all functions, considering equipment Life cycles, up gradations, replacements and modifications etc.

- Inventory Management

- BE/ B Tech (Electrical/Mechanical Engineering)

- 15-20 years of experience with substantial experience in Engineering, EHS, Stores and Inventory
