Head - Plant Engineering - Manufacturing/Process Industry

Key Result Areas :-

- Adherence to plant safety procedures and ensure Zero safety incidents

- Implementation of best engineering practices

- Ensure uptime of equipment > 95% (Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, DCS and Utility)

- Capex implementation within committed timeline, cost and quality

- Zero statutory non-compliance

- Adherence to budgeted operational cost

- Tracking, Monitoring and Minimizing Specific power consumption

- Capability building in the team

- Minimize waste generation

Critical Tasks :-

- Comply with applicable statutory requirements

- Maintain the equipment (by preventive and breakdown maintenance) to ensure 100% uptime through asset care. Coordination with other departments for timely maintenance

- Solve problems by systematic approach using relevant problem solving tools as and when required

- Impart required training to the team members

- Motivate the team to increase productivity and to achieve goals

- Optimize the cost of operations through innovation/creativity especially in the area of power consumption

- Ensuring 100% critical spares availability to avoid downtime because of spares non availability

- Ensure strict implementation of best practices as part of ISO 9000, 14000, Safety systems and TPM

- Implementation of corrective and preventive actions of breakdowns .

Candidate Requirement :-

- BE - Mechanical / Instrumentation / Electrical , in Manufacturing Industry

- Hands on experience in processing equipment including Dispersers, Pneumatic conveying, Agitators, Silos, Screw feeders, Belt conveyors, Process pumps, Packing machines, Robots, ASRS

- Hands on experience in HT/LT distributions, iMCCs, VFDs, Plant automation and DCS operations.

- Hands on experience in Compressors, Driers, Cooling towers, Pumps, WTP & ETP
