Head - Planning & Network Designing - eCommerce Sector - IIM/ISB/MDI/FMS

- Leading the overall operations of Supply & Demand management, Sourcing & Warehousing at the backend and customer management at the front end

- Working on process engineering with alignment of IT and ERP along with the laid down SOPs to optimise the available resources for budgeted business

- Managing the inventory to optimise Net Inventory Turns and better ageing of stock for fulfilment

- Ensuring the compliance with the relevant SLAs and monitoring performance of internal and external stakeholders

- Monitoring cost, budgets & revenue and ensuring the utilisation of working capital to maintain required profitability in the functions

- Planning and implementing the overall supply chain management functions with assurance top-line as well as bottom-line objectives for the company

- Wwill manage the team of 40 to 50 people

- Should have exposure in eCommerce sector

- Qualification - Tier 1 MBA
