Job Opening for Head-Planning & Merchandising with Leading Personal Care Brand based at Gurgaon
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Driving Gross Margins for the Brand by managing both intake and output margins Finalize product pricing in line with principal guidelines
- Drive promotional strategy and cadence so as to manage output margins and category sell.
- Manage overall health of the business from an inventory perspective ; ensuring right weeks of cover at the business level. Inventory management from inwards at the port to managing allocations to different channels of sale
- Manage Regulatory requirements to ensure that each floorset is launched on times per the International calendar Manage category wise performance and sell thrus .
- Interaction with Principals on Buy planning for each season as per category wise performance
