Head- Planning, Budgeting, Margin Improvement

A Chartered Accountant who wish to achieve professional excellence in field of finance with a leading manufacturing company.

Role: Head

Reporting to: Chief of Profit Improvement

Salary: Open and flexible (not a constraint)

Job Description:

- Review the monthly performance of each business Division, compare the performance to Budget and analyse/highlight concern points to the Divisional CEO’s/Senior management.

- Review the product wise gross margins of each Division and analyse exceptions to budgets/Targets.

- Work with Divisions to drive the Margin improvement actions of each Division and highlight deviations to the agreed plans.

- Participate in the Divisional Margin review meetings and contribute to ideas for margin improvement.

- Drive initiatives in measuring and tracking Divisional performance.

- Drive the Annual budgeting process for the Company.

- Ensure that inputs from divisions are received on time and analysed to identify any concern points.

- Basis feedback on concern points, receive revised budgets.

- Prepare consolidated budget for company level and identify concern points

- Ensure that the Divisional and Company budget are pout up for approval by MD.
