Head - Placements & Internships - Education/NGO (10-15 yrs)
Reporting to Director, Working aligned to:
1. Head of Operations
2. Head - Industry Engagement
Educational Qualification: Post-graduate in any stream.
Experience: 10 -15 years of experience out of which at least 10 years should be in the similar position.
Job Description:
1. Responsible for getting decent jobs for the students in reputed national and international industries
2. To look after the training and placement activities of students through a structured planning for every batch
3. To have close liaison with reputed industry partners on day to day basis for the placement of students and Industry engagement activities
4. To work in consultation with the Head of Industry Partnerships for interaction for organizing lectures from the professionals and industry.
5. To collect feedback from the companies coming for placements and candidate Profiling
6. Arrange training programs for interview-facing skills for the students.
7. To organize the mock interviews for the candidates and internship planning
