Our Client is a reputed leader and well-known name in e-Learning/EdTech space across India in higher education providing cutting edge online programs like AI ML, BA-BI, Cloud Computing, Cyber Security, Digital Marketing, Data Science etc..

Roles & Responsibilities :

1. As a part of the Org Alumni Placement/corporate connect team, lead the corporate outreach initiatives.

2. Identify, grow and manage relationships with leading corporates as Strategic Partners with the primary objective of getting firm commitments from companies to hire graduates

3. Become a trusted partner for the corporate's upskilling & re-skilling needs, in terms of talent supply or any potential training offering

4. Work closely with program teams to understand unique aspects of our alumni pool

5. Creating job opportunities by working closely with Partners, understanding their requirements, and mapping students and graduates to these requirements.

6. Own and manage the national placement account managers team and their quotas

Must have skills :

1. Minimum experience of 8+ years in working with organizations/institutes for placements including CHRO's & Recruitment Heads

2. Existing strong relationships with leaders within functions of human resource, recruitment, learning & development, and training in large corporates & enterprises

3. Gathers in-depth knowledge of client's business, organizational structure, and business processes to drive meaningful outcomes for partners

4. Demonstrates strong business development, negotiation, and communication skills

5. Should be a go-getter; great execution makes good ideas successful

6. Should be passionate about the ed-tech / education sector.

Qualification :

1. 8+ years of experience

2. MBA from a premium institute
