Head - P&L - Technology Sector

Head - Larger Deals

- Should have IT services experience of atleast 20 years, out of which 5 years as P&L Head.

- Should have had previous P&L management experience of atleast 50 - 100 mil USD topline preferably in the Technology segment.

- Should have one large annuity deals with ticket size upwards of 100 mil USD.

- He / She should have an overarching ability to manage client's expectations at the CXO levels and internally reach out to BU heads to leverage the technical strengths vesting within BU structure.

- Have the stature and caliber to work with multiple levels in a client organization.

- Should be primarily a business development orientated senior leader.

- Should have deep industry knowledge in the Technology sector.

- The only other alternative in terms of domain experience can be if the candidate has a track record of large deals over a period of 5 - 10 years.
