The P&L Lead for Wellness business is responsible for ensuring revenue and profitability for the Digital Business.

1. Planning & forecasting revenue & profit goals over a period of time

2. Ideating & developing key growth drivers to deliver revenue goals

3. Managing cost for the overall Business

4. Ensuring the highest standards of service and experience

The individual will work closely with the Operations, Expansion, Growth, HR and Finance teams to deliver these.

The role will strive for a balance in the Investments and the outcomes for the Digital business and also help in defining the consumer offering and scale.

Key Responsibility Areas:

1. Building a deep understanding of the product/business as well as the key customer demographic that it appeals to

2. Planning (AOP and S&OP) and Program managing the delivery for the business

3. Creative & strategic thinking to design and manage investments and key bets for scale

4. Continuous improvements in margin profile through optimizations on CAPEX and OPEX as well as Design Ratios: Manpower and Management

5. High service standards across the portfolio of products and services with continuously pushing the boundaries of technology and fitness product thinking

6. Workplace culture and creating a high power and engaged team to deliver aggressive goals for the Business across functions

Key Performance Metrics:

1. Revenue and EBITDA performance

2. Service levels (PR, NPS)

3. Service/Supply Uptime at scale

4. Business Ratios (Trainer to member, Rent to Revenue etc.)

5. Team satisfaction scores

Requirements of the role:

1. PnL or Category Management Experience of 10+ years with a Tier 1 setup

2. Strong problem-solving ability, analytical and operational design mindset

3. Overall P&L understanding and business acumen

4. Creative bent of mind and ability to think strategically

5. Good product-tech and automation orientation

6. Strong interpersonal and people management skills

7. Good to have: Sports or Fitness orientation & Digital B2C experience
