- Reporting into the CEO
- Direct reportees - Head of Tech, Warehousing & supply chain delivery and Customer Care
- Formulating Resource Management, Brand Strategy, and Product Development
- Manage the E-Commerce space through own websites and run the P&L for the entire e-commerce channels
- Drive international expansion
- Deliver on strategic long term projects like Omni-channel, chat bots and other technological innovation
Candidate Profile ;
- Years of experience : 9-13 years
- E-commerce experience - 5-6 years
- MBA from tier 1/2 institutes
- Can also look at entrepreneurs
