1) Candidate will be responsible for full business category

2) He will be responsible for P&L of the category business

3) He will ensure good coordination with vendors, distributors, factory and internal team

4) Strong in demand planning of the category

5) Strong in business no's and ensure time to time correction in actions to keep following the strategy of the brand

6) Strong in damages and expiry management of the category

7) Strong in Budget planning and control as per best practices of the industry

8) Strong in managing team with motivation and elevated productivity levels
