Job Description : - Developing a Digital marketing strategy and road map for Client brands and managing the digital marketing budget. - Ensuring cross-channel growth delivery as per the CPL's and lead numbers as specified by brands. - Reporting brand performance and insights to Executive management and respective stakeholders and brand owners. - Review and selection of new technologies and tools. - Recruiting, training and building a high performing sustainable team. - Developing a knowledge bank to retain knowledge within the company, and develop a handbook to support onboarding and training. - Develop appraisals and career progression plans. - Establishing a relationship with the brand owners to ensure collaboration with digital teams, sharing technologies and developing new systems as required. - Leveraging other group services were relevant and developing relationships with other shared services within the Client group. - Work closely with the international marketing &amp; sales team to ensure a cohesive approach and maximization of ROI. - Work with partner agencies globally to brief and determine digital campaign strategies. - Work closely with the analytics team to define and generate brand reports. - Be the face of the team to other Client entities
