- Be responsible for the vision, strategy and execution of acquisition campaigns across all the digital platforms like Facebook, Google, affiliates etc
- Forecast monthly, quarterly, annual acquisition numbers and costs.
- Execute full funnel digital marketing campaigns including strategy, ad creation, bidding, budgeting, optimization, and reporting
- Identify and lead implementation and guide relationships with affiliates and partners that can improve digital performance.
- Work with data and analytics teams to implement best measurement frameworks, mine deeper insights and run A/B and multivariate tests to iterate into new ideas
- Partner with creative team and brand marketing to drive ROI through rigorous and systematic creative and narrative testing, focused on optimization and testing new approaches
- Lead, mentor and build the performance marketing team
Desired Skill Set :
- 7-10 years of experience with premium B School background with proven learning agility
- Top of the line digital marketing leader with relevant performance marketing experience in scaling up digital companies ( E-Commerce / FinTech / Gaming / Tech Start-Ups etc )
- Ability to lead a team and work with diverse, matrixed stakeholders
- Knowledge of Analytics, Attribution, and Planning tools (e.g. Branch, Appsflyer, DCM, etc.).
- Experience and ability to manage scale (strong knowledge of organized players (Facebook/Google etc) and Affiliate platforms as well as experience to build fresh Acquisition sources by challenging the status quo and envisaging a spectrum of possibilities beyond plain vanilla optimization towards automation
