The company is one of India's leading healthcare platforms. This rapidly growing and Series D funded start-up is headquartered in Gurgaon, with a pan-India presence is looking for a Performance Marketing Head. The head of Performance Marketing will steer user acquisition across performance marketing channels (including but not limited to Google, Facebook, Re-marketing, App Affiliates, Apple Search Ads & others)
Responsibilities :
- Develop and drive performance marketing strategy in line with company objectives.
- Drive and develop data driven and customer centric marketing plans and new launches in digital/new age channels.
- Prepare annual, quarterly, and monthly marketing budgets. Plan, implement and manage strategies with focus on user acquisition and activation.
- Leading the entire performance marketing team.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- 7-10 years- experience in digital marketing with some of this with a tech start up.
- Creative thinker with deep understanding of user acquisition, brand building, positioning strategies along with the ability to implement these strategies on ground and manage a budget.
- Knowledge and ability to drive strategies for performance marketing, innovative channel thinking, analytics etc.
- Should be data driven and analytical in approach.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a collaborative manner with business heads.
- Passionate, innovative and a self-starter, comfortable in operating in a rapidly evolving and dynamic start up environment.
- Manage agency relationships.
