Head - Performance Marketing/Growth - eCommerce (6-10 yrs)
Key responsibilities: (Global performance marketing lead), Series C venture !
- Responsibility for paid search across websites, search engines and geographical locations.
- Managing implementation initiatives to enhance PPC campaign effectiveness.
- Effectively managing meta channels to drive cost effective ROI.
- Manage performance marketing spend to ensure achievement against commercial goals.
- Continually reviewing bid optimization, creative and keyword development strategies.
- Collating customer data across multiple devices to develop mobile strategy.
- Monitoring and reporting short and long-term customer trends from internal and market data.
- Working closely with the SEO Manager to identify opportunities to drive SEO traffic.
- Creating strong campaigns in-keeping with brand values.
- Developing a list of projects for search marketing software team.
- Managing workflow of development request and prioritising these.
- Working closely alongside software development team regarding UAT and measuring impact of any changes.
- Auditing search marketing functionality against best industry practice.
- Owning the internal attribution model.
- Staying up to date with emerging marketing channels and digital trends in the consumer travel space.
- Working alongside the e-commerce team to understand online purchase behavior.
Skills and experience needed:
- Ideally educated to degree level or equivalent.
- Experienced in managing complex PPC campaigns, preferably within the travel sector.
- Extensive and up to date search marketing trends.
- Proven achievements in delivering profit growth and ROI.
- Passionate about search marketing.
- A strong leader/team manager.
- Proven analytical abilities, working with large datasets and advanced functionality of Excel.
- Experience of executing international paid search campaigns
