Head - Performance Marketing - Edutainment Startup (8-10 yrs)
About the company :
A new age well-funded Edutainment startup which develops innovative educational toys to build core skills in children is looking for a performance marketing expert to lead the performance marketing function and drive their online sales targets.
Responsibilities :
- Drive sales across website and third party e-commerce sites.
- Responsible for reaching out to target audience. Media planning & digital strategy for educational toys for global markets.
- Formulating of the brand's growth strategies through ROI-based consumer approaches and data-driven acquisition strategies.
- Managing paid ad campaigns across search, display, social and re-targeting networks by conducting extensive keyword research, analysis and testing of keyword performance.
- Ensuring successful campaigns managing bids and budgets to be able to meet the predefined KPI's.
- Optimising campaigns across multiple channels to deliver the best return on investment
- Identify opportunities that improve the productivity and online campaigns.
- Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
Skills :
- 8-10 years of strong, hands-on experience in performance marketing .
- Experience in performance marketing for consumer start ups / e-commerce companies is a must.
- Experience in driving performance marketing on leading e-commerce sites like Amazon.
- Should have experience in B2C digital marketing.
- Experience in handling large budgets.
- Agency management.
- Ability to build a team as needed.
