Head - Performance Marketing (D2C Brand)
KEY AREAS RESPONSIBILITIES :
Revenue growth :
- Customer acquisition & digital sales funnel management
- Create acquisition strategy for revenue growth and monthly sales forecasts
- Develop & execute detailed monthly plans with right mix across digital platforms (Google, FB, Insta, YT etc.) for achieving the sales targets with optimal CAC & ensuring profit targets are met
- Own performance KPIs including P&L for sales from our own website
Campaign Management :
- Plan & implement campaigns and create optimal digital media mix in line with targets
- Implement brand strategy & integrated communication to build saliency and consideration
- Daily campaign management across all the digital acquisition and remarketing platforms
- Continuously monitor & optimize performance to ensure sales growth in line with forecast, conversion funnel efficiency and cost/CAC optimization
- Implement a test & scale approach to constantly test ad formats, creatives, platforms etc. to get best results
Promotions :
- Design & execute effective promotions strategy to push sales numbers as well as uplift visibility, mind metrics
Budget & ROI management :
- Plan & deploy the monthly budgets efficiently for each platform and track the spends effectively
- Optimize continuously to ensure high ROI and minimize CAC
Analytics & Reporting :
- Competition monitoring, benchmarking and gathering market intelligence
- Leverage web analytics to derive actionable insights
- Detailed analysis of sales trends, funnel, conversions & all key metrics and sharing relevant insights & recommendations
- Monitor performance & optimize/course correct
Liaising & relationship management :
- Identify new high potential strategic vendors, new digital ad platforms, agencies etc.
- Constantly engage with key partners (Google, FB etc.) and build strong relationships to drive higher preference for our brand & access to new products/tech/innovations
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
Skills :
- Core digital marketing skills & hands-on experience across all key platforms such as Google, Facebook, Instagram, DV360, GDN, Youtube etc.
- Deep understanding and experience of remarketing platforms (Google, FB, Criteo, Adroll etc.)
- Strong experience in web analytics tools and techniques (E.g. Google Analytics, Adobe omniture, Shopify analytics, etc.)
- Proficient in quantitative analysis & insighting
- Data/numbers oriented
- Good at advanced excel/other data analysis tools
- Strong team management
- Relationship management with all key platforms/vendors
