Performance Marketing-Head


- Working closely with CMO and stakeholders from sales, product, tech and stakeholders from teams to successfully define, deliver, and execute the performance strategy

- Developed new ideas for increasing sales by executing grass-root events to assist in drumming up business and driving marketing programs that are highly targeted basis content affinity of relevant segmented audience cohorts

- Building and scaling acquisition programs that target consumers as well as experience in media planning across a broad online media mix

- Managing all efforts and goals on digital paid media, SEM, Paid Social, Affiliate, Direct buys, programmatic display etc.

- Determining key metrics, constantly reducing operational costs, optimizing marketing activities to improve return on investment.

- Work closely with the wider marketing team to optimize audience strategies

- You have managed team members in the past and are excited about growing a team

- Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture

What you need to have:

- MBA/ PGDM (IIT & IIM Preferred)

- 6+ Years of experience in Performance Marketing/ growth stage Startups in scale-up

- Experience to achieve ROAS

- Strategic Skills: SEM/ Online Marketing

- Awareness about marketing database, display advertising campaigns, maintaining social media presence

- Technical Skills: MS Excel, Google Analytics, Google AdWords, PPC, email/SMS/affiliate marketing, PPC, and hands-on experience with performance and social platform

Skills: Performance Evaluation, Search Engine Marketing (SEM), performance marketing and digital campaigns
