Head - Performance Marketing - Advertising Firm (15-28 yrs)

Responsibilities -

Proactive in understanding clients needs and coming up with annual demand generation strategy or evaluate the strategy created by marketing teams and advise on best possible budget utilization across all paid channels with strong focus on ROI.

- Liason and work closely with brand owners and marketing teams to ensure right media mix, budget allocation, and influence marketing teams change in strategy as required. - Be the agent of change from fast scaling to intelligent scaling. - Work closely with the delivery team to ensure cohesive approach and maximisation of ROI

- Work closely with a cross-functional team of marketers, creatives, and digital marketing to develop and execute fully integrated marketing experience.

- Develop and execute digital strategies across platforms including paid search, Youtube, etc. as well as running display campaigns & programmatic.

- Measure and report on impact and effectiveness of paid channels and continuously improve resource allocation, scalability, and ROI.

Requirement -

At least 15 experience in Digital Marketing/Client Servicing

- Agency experience of 8 years, with 4 at senior level responsible for strategy, budget approvals and delivery directly with clients.

- Must have owned P&L for a budget of GBP 5 million or more annually.

- Substantial experience in leading client servicing team/functions

- Background in digital marketing - PPC and Paid social preferred.

- Background in managing large scale Digital paid campaigns

- Experience of working in a fast-moving business

- Experienced in managing people with a focus on team wellbeing and professional development

- Experience of change management and implementing new initiatives

- Substantial experience of working in a management role
