Performance Marketing Head
Responsibilities:
- Working on building out the marketing functions with the founders for scaling up the organization
- Lead the marketing team and drive targets
- Plan and manage performance marketing campaigns on various platforms
- Create & optimize paid ads strategy to meet business goals & objectives
- Run Installs, Lead Generation, Engagement, In-App Action & Remarketing campaigns from ideation to media planning and optimization
- Conceptualize ad copies and creative direction and brief the creative team
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and set up events and user tracking etc.
- Utilize the strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end campaign experience across multiple channels and audience touchpoints
- Instrument conversion points and optimizes user funnels
- Manage budgets and finances for digital marketing initiatives for the organization
Skills Required:
- Strong experience in performance and digital marketing
- Scaling up an organization/start up
- Very high sense of ownership
- Experience in Performance and Digital Marketing B2C organizations.
- Experience in Google, Facebook & Instagram Ads, SEM
- Data orientation and strong analytical ability
- Strong orientation towards problem-solving, experimenting, and iterating with the results, to arrive at the right solution
- Customer-centricity and consumer thinking - understanding consumer needs, concerns and translating that to marketing themes
- Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
