Role: Sr. Manager / AVP / Head - PMS Reporting to: CEO Location: Powai, Mumbai. ( Head office ) Work Days: 6 (1st and 3rd Saturday off) Broad Role & Responsibilities: - Performance Management System; Driving the process of goal setting, quarterly review, and year-end review process. Defining KPIs for all functions & tracking actual against them and conducting Quarterly reviews with the respective functional heads. - Identification of Low & High performers and identification of key talent across functions. - Implement the performance management philosophy for the organization and ensure completion of the KRA setting. - Design performance policies & processes that are aligned to the needs of different stakeholders. - Review policies from time to time to ensure they are relevant and in line with the industry's best practices. - Responsible for Leadership development and succession planning. - Managing & driving Rewards and Recognition Framework for the Organization. - Collaborate with the Leadership team and key stakeholders to create and deliver the PMS strategy for the business and ensure that the organization's objectives are met. - Anticipate HR issues and solutions as appropriate and also be a part of the design and implementation of policy and process from scratch. - Work towards improving employee engagement for the teams. - Responsible for the development and implementation of performance metrics to improve operational efficiency If Interested contact Ms. Melissa Farro or call +918356987240
