Head- Performance and Digital Marketing

Our client is a fast growing yet stable Fintech, in advance funding stages.

They are looking for a Head- Performance and Digital Marketing/ VP Marketing to lead the team.

Key responsibilities :

1. Own and drive digital and performance marketing strategy for the company

2. Owning/ influence digital content to drive engagement through the funnel

3. Drive all aspects of digital and performance marketing (mobile marketing, affiliate marketing, influencer/ content marketing)

Ideal candidate :

1. Prior experience of working in performance marketing function to drive business growth

2. 8+ years of experience, preferably with a Fintech/ start-up/ digital first companies

3. B2C focussed experience
