Must have skills - Expertise in setting up & leading Performance center of excellence from the ground up in multiple organizations. - Should have good performance engineering experience - Good understanding of Performance characteristics on various platforms, ranging from web based, client server and service oriented architecture. Sound experience of optimization of: - Java based application servers - websphere, weblogic, jboss. - Database servers - Oracle, SQLServer, db2 - BigData - MongoDB, ELK Stack - Hands on Experience of performance testing and monitoring tools - Should have good DB performance tuning experience - Should have good presentation skills - Should have knowledge of enterprise wide architecture (mainly banking and insurance) Good to have skills : - Performance Testing experience - Capacity Planning experience JOB Description: - Candidate should have good understanding and knowledge of Performance Engineering - Candidate should have good understanding and knowledge on JAVA technology - Candidate should have at least 15 or 21 years of hands on experience in Performance Engineering. - He should have understanding in DB tuning (Oracle/SQL Server) - Should be having good communication & presentation skills - Candidate should have knowledge of Linux/Unix commands - Knowledge of Performance Engineering of Java/Oracle application if beneficial
