Introduction:

Bright Future is an initiative by New Resolution India (NRI) which was set up in the year 2009. It grew as an outcome of hard-hitting personal experiences, verifiable observations through the years. The motivation behind launching Bright Future was to provide a conducive educational environment with positive role models, both of which would eradicate the issue of aimless learning. It intervenes at school as well as the community level ensuring a more holistic model of growth among children and youth. Bright Future also builds capacities of the key stakeholders like parents and teachers who play an instrumental role in creating a conducive environment essential for their growth.

Reason for the hire:

- This is a replacement position with Bright Future India. The incumbent will be responsible to develop a culture that fulfils the organisation's vision and mission. The position shall work towards the designing and successful implementation of innovative practice in close coordination with the Senior Leadership Team. He/she will be accountable for recruitment, development, performance potential management, compensation and succession management.

- As a strategic partner he/she will provide direction and execute on specific local talent growth needs. The talent growth leader will also coach and mentor team leaders on how to best build effective teams and with different people management issues

- HR strategy and Policy Management

- Recruitment/ Induction/ Exit Formalities

- Compensation and Benefits

- Performance Management

- HR Operations

- Training and Development

- Volunteer Management

- Admin and IT support

Note: The roles and responsibilities outlined above are not meant to be an exhaustive list of tasks. The need for flexibility is required and the job holder is expected to carry out any other related duties that are within the employee's skills and abilities whenever reasonably instructed.

Must Haves:

- MBA/PG in Human Resource Management or MA in Psychology or MSW with HR specialization

- Work experience of 12 to 15 years out of which 5 years in leadership role

- Good knowledge of HR Management (Recruitment, Performance Management, Employee engagement, payroll management, statutory compliances, HRIS)

- In-depth knowledge of HR processes

- Basic knowledge of human psychology.
