Head - Payroll - Manufacturing (13-17 yrs)
Head - Payroll
- Should have experience in handling end to end Indian payroll activities in Plant & corporate.
- Ensure compliance with all wage & employee taxes related regulations across various jurisdictions.
- Well versed in Vendor management to liase with government authorities and payroll related activities.
- To Maintain current understanding of the organization's compensation polices and policies under consideration.
- Identifies the impact of changes in compensation policy on payroll processing.
- Ensure all statutory compliances are complied with on time
- To Handle escalations of employee issues from business leaders & employees.
- Must plan and priorities Payroll Team workload to ensure delivery of the work in accordance with agreed schedules
- Recommends changes to the current payroll processing systems to improve or respond to changing organizational or external environments.
- Designs communications tools to be used to communicate payroll results to employees and management.
Candidate Profile :
- Any Graduation/PG with 13 to 17 years of experience in end to end Payroll Management & Statutory Compliances preferably from Manufacturing industry.
- Shoud have handled SAP /Workday tools.
