Manager - Partnerships & Alliances
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify opportunities for brand, educational and government partnerships to help drive client acquisition, market expansion and brand recognition
- Drive partnership negotiations and arrive at best commercial outcomes
- Maintain and establish relationships with partners and nurture long term strategic approach
- Define and monitor partner metrics and KPIs and identify opportunities for investment, campaign optimization and expansion
- Maintain a strong network and continuously monitor trends for new partnership opportunities
- Work with internal teams to put in places processes and initiatives around partner ecosystem
- Use data and run analytics to uncover trends and opportunities
- Plan for and scale the partnership and alliance team in line with business growth and mentor new team members
Candidate Requirements :
- Prior experience in a partnership and alliance management role at a FinTech or other Ecom (edtech, travel, F&B) company
- Analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills for interacting with team members and partner stakeholders
- Strong negotiation and networking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to put together strong proposals and clearly articulate value propositions to onboard and retain partners
- Ability to think out of the box and uncover new opportunities for expansion and driving customer acquisition
- Proven experience in drawing up commercial agreements with partners
- Good understanding of technology and business
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to work in a fast paced, high growth environment with a high focus on results and action
