Head - Partnership & Alliances - Wearable Business (14-20 yrs)

Qualification - MBA

- We are looking for a seasoned leader who will drive strategic partnerships for the wearables business across the ecosystem. This individual will be our ambassador with the external ecosystem, identify and execute programs with strategic partners (banks, networks, Telcos, etc.).

- The individual will also be responsible for driving all external partnered marketing / promotional partnerships for the wearables business.

- S/he will a) Lead and own the Partnership and Alliances vertical for the Wearable Business and help expand the clientele and drive business growth through effective sales strategy in the B2B / B2C market, b) Identify potential partners who can collaborate with Titan to create value added services for our customers and create a platform to enable WIN (End User) - WIN (Partner) - WIN (Titan) use cases.S/he will have a direct and visible impact on the long-term success of the business.

- This highly visible role has direct exposure to senior leaders in and outside of Titan, requires highly developed thought-leadership, relationship management and strategic negotiating skills.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategy Roadmap for Wearable Partnerships & Alliances

- Own end to end partner ecosystem development and cultivate relationships

- Develop growth strategies and plans for alliances and partnerships for the Wearables Business

- Identify key drivers for the business that enables effective partnership leading to business growth.

-Demonstrated expertise in B2B / B2C environment

-Track record of success building a partner ecosystem with solutions or innovation programs.

2. Business growth from Partnerships & Alliances

- Identify partnership opportunities for the business across viable industries

- Own Partner identification and negotiation end-to-end.

- Manage and sustain long term relationship with existing clients

- Expand the partner base through research on business opportunities and any viable income sources

- Develop new business models to deliver incremental value

- Negotiate and finalize deals in accordance with company's contract guidelines, policies and as per legal limits.

3. Help drive new Technology Solutions for Partners

- Work with product and engineering teams to identify product gaps that can be addressed through partnerships

- Work with product team to build technology solutions identified as opportunity areas with the partners

- Work cross-functionally to ensure operational excellence with our partners

- Keep abreast with industry trends nationally and in international market

- Identify and map business strength and customer needs

4. 100% customer delight and efficient feedback mechanism

- Provide effective and efficient post-sales support to our partners

- Create effective mechanism to feed back the customer and partners needs to the product team to enable continuous improvement and innovation in products and services.
