- Looking for a Business Manager with strong experience in partner management & development.
- Responsible for managing end to end partner experience from on boarding, business engagement, issue resolutions, support, billing/settlement and other stages.
- Directly Responsible for managing important partners / key accounts.
- Own user / Usage growth targets and operations necessary to retain, grow and service partnerships.
- Execute strategies with partners and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure plan execution.
- Communicate and follow up on key metrics and business trends with cross functional teams including Technical, IT, brand communication, legal and financial viz partner management.
- Execute partner management programs for achieving partnership goals, renew existing partnerships, optimize and upscale potential opportunities.
- Support customer acquisition, conversion and retention targets for partner accounts
