For one of our prestigious multinational clients, we are looking for a Head - Partner Development, India for Enterprise Software Products. This is a VP/Senior VP level position at National level and the base location can be at Mumbai, Bangalore, Delhi or Chennai in India.

Job Description/ Responsibilities :
In this role, you will be responsible for Developing Partners across India covering Channel Sales as well as Implementation Partners. Your overall responsibility will include:
- Planning and Marketing : Working closely with Partners to define their Target Segments, Quota, Geographies to be focused etc.
- Partner Enablement : Working closely with Partners to enable them in sales, presales, demo environment creation etc.
- Go To Market : Work with partners to strategize joint Go To Market, Value Propositions, ways of working, co-hosting events etc.
- Interact at Partner CXO levels to develop a robust echo system
- Working with internal Sales, Pre-Sales and Delivery teams to makes sure Partners get required support from these teams
- Identifying and adding new partners through stringent selection criteria
- Motivate and help Partners to excel by creating win-win scenarios
Please Answer The Following Questions To Find Out If This Dream Job Is For You :
- Do you have an engineering degree from IITs or NITs or BITS or a college of equal repute, and preferably an MBA from IIMs or a similar tier 1 institute
- Have you excelled in academics right from your high school
- Do you have excellent English language written and verbal skills
- Do you have overall 15 - 20 years (no more than 20 years) experience primarily in Partner Development, Sales, Channel Sales etc.
- Are you comfortable in an in IC role as well as managing teams
- Are you the one who beats his sales targets consistently
- Do you love making presentations to clients and industry forums
- Do you have proven track record and an established image in software industry circles
- Do you have proven track record of developing Partners and creating echo systems
- Do you have a good understanding of Pros and Cons of Cloud based products Vs On-Premise products
- Are you open to travel extensively within India
- What is your current location
- If you are not based at Mumbai / Bangalore / Delhi / Chennai, are you willing to relocate
