Head - Outbound Demand Generation - SaaS Product

- Must have at least 8-12 years of experience in B2B outbound demand generation holistically and 4-5 years of experience in a team management role

Description : 

- Implementation and prioritization of demand generation strategies across India / SEA.

- Coach, mentor, and train the team on critical demand generation and sales development skills like communications, objection handling, Product pitching etc.

- Effectively drive the team's outreach via emails, cold calls, webinars, tradeshows, Linkedin, etc.

- Owning Market Intelligence - Drive coverage and processes that enable us to take stock of what prospects need/what system they are using and position our client accordingly

- Owning Outbound Demand Gen Content - Work with the team in churning out effective email copy personalized to prospects to ensure high open and response rates

- Liaise closely with the marketing and sales teams to seek feedback, collaborate on projects to achieve desired KRAs.

- Leverage Hubspot to effectively automate various processes, report metrics, and derive insights

- Drive adoption of demand generation and lead management best practices

Profile :

- 8-12 years of experience in B2B outbound demand generation holistically and 4-5 years of experience in a team management role

- Proven enterprise-focused demand generation experience in India / SEA / US geographies.

- Ability to accelerate the outbound engine by leading a team of specialists by example

- Passionate about HR Tech industry
