- Managing Team of Telecallers and Floor Managers
- Imparting necessary training and taking care of Quality Control
- To analyse Data and effectively help in decision making
- To work in co-ordination with Marketing and Campaign Team, to create and manage campaigns, giving an insight to measure and keep a check on effectiveness of a campaign run
- Reviewing and analysing performance metrics to identify areas of opportunity that will drive performance improvement.
- To strategise workforce management to execute daily staffing plans, identifies and reports significant volume and capacity changes
- Being a SPOC for Compliance Audit
