Business :
- Understand the business from different stakeholder perspectives - Internal/External
- Analyze the information provided by Business intelligence team and decide target Industry Segments
- Strategize the Marketing Plan segment-wise (industry/Group/Company levels)
- Choose methodologies to implement the marketing plans
- Resource for executing the marketing efforts
- Implement and monitor the execution of plans
- Drive and achieve targets

- Mentoring and Coaching(at individual level)
- Team building

Finance :
- Budget for resourcing and implementing marketing efforts
- Balance between Investment Vs expenses dimensions
- ROI with forecasting:
Information Technology :
- Understand & Optimize e-commerce efforts
- Leverage IT capabilities for data storage/analysis/MIS/execution follow-on
- Being aware of possible adverse implications - public platforms
Qualification : MBA
Experience : 10 to 12+ years in Sales and or Marketing
Age Preference : 35+
