Head - OTC Business - FMCG

Job Title : Head OTC Business

Location : Maharashtra

The Head of OTC Business is responsible for helping the OTC business to grow through partnerships on new products opportunities and through the evaluation of company and/or product acquisitions. This position is responsible for proactively seeking and building relationships with new partners who can augment our current technologies and product offerings.

This role will serve as the liaison between our commercial team and the royalty team to help explain new opportunities and interpret existing agreements to determine financial results for partners.

In addition, this role will be responsible for building and maintaining financial models to aid in the selection and evaluation of various projects and partnerships.

Requirements :-

- Bachelor's degree is required; preferably in a business or financial area of focus with a minimum of six (6) years of relevant work experience preferred.

- Ability to think critically and provide recommendations based on complex data.

- Excellence in financial modeling with a minimum of two (2) years applicable experience.

- Three (3) or more years supervisory or management experience preferred.

- Ability to accurately represent business to outside firms.

- Experience with contract development and review.

- High proficiency in MS Office Software.

- Ability to represent Business Development at all levels in the organization.
