Work with the HR team and lead the culture agenda for Company. Main Accountability A) OD Strategy &amp; Projects 1. Lead the Organization development agenda for company in line with the business strategy and direction. 2. Identify, define and lead OD interventions relevant for the organization while managing the stakeholders involved. 3. Work on a plan to measure changes / outcomes of specific OD interventions and its impact on business. 4. Partner and handhold Business Heads during change management and ensure smooth journey for transitions/changes. 5. Create an ecosystem to drive change and OD interventions and advocate the need and reflect the change that is desired. B) Performance Management 1. Lead the performance management cycle and appraisal process for company To take charge of the annual appraisal cycle and the mid-year appraisal cycle. 2. Work on organization wide communication and drive the performance cycle within the set timelines while ensuring a great experience for employees. 3. Partner the business heads and function heads to ensure smooth running of the appraisal process, be the single POC for the same. 4. Work with the C&amp;B team and provide / ask for support where required Lead the cycle - Goal setting process, Goal Audits,Self-appraisal, Manager appraisal, IDP completion, System closures and support C&amp;B team during VP/Increment pay outs. 5. Owner of the PA - Performance Acceleration tool for company.
