Head - Organization Development - BFS/IT/Pharma - IIM/XIMB/XLRI/TISS

Requirement :

- Tier 1 MBA - full time

- 10-15 years experience in OD

- IC role handling the entire OD responsibilities of the organization

Job Description :

- Will work closely with the global OD team

- Responsible also to create organisation design / structures

- Understand and work on the organisation psychology

- Assesses OD needs of all verticals and units in the company

- Design, development and implementation of OD programs, policies and strategies

- Proven stakeholder management skills and ability to engage at senior levels

- Must have proven experiences supporting behavioral and cultural change in global organizations.
