- Build the organizational design framework and processes, and lead related projects, fostering the development of organizational capabilities and structures needed to support the execution of the business strategy.
- Supporting the People and Change Group in linking Talent Management and Change Management through effective Organisational Development.
- Refining, developing and implementing the organizational development framework and body of knowledge.
- In consultation with relevant field/HQs offices, the HR Specialist OD is responsible for the development of generic office structures including generic roles, responsibilities, office funding modalities, risk management profiles, office roles.
- Taking talent management requirements and feeding them into office structures.
- Job Design and Job Classification (including job design/classification for senior roles).
- Support linking organizational design and setup to learning and career paths.
- Management responsibility for global talent management initiatives (e.g. leadership, succession planning, competency development).
- Providing Change Management advice as needed.
- Create current and multi-year hiring and retention forecasts to enable the business to facilitate long term workforce planning.
- Develop the functional and leadership competencies required for all jobs and build developmental/promotional opportunities within job families and functional areas.
