Experience : 18+ yrs with an established organization in Manufacturing / FMCG / FOOD only
Academic & Professional Qualifications : Graduate + MBA - HR from a reputed institute

Key Task & Accountabilities :
- Design a group wide compensation strategy aligned with the company's long term and short term plans
- Create salaries and benefits those are complying with the current legislations and pay equity
- Performing salary reviews based on market and sector-specific benchmarking to ensure competitiveness
- Designing & Reviewing a fair and attractive incentive programs
- Building a fair and attractive compensation and benefits plans that help us improve employee satisfaction and create a productive workplace
- Creating the policies for ensuring tax saving salary structures
- Review our compensation plans with monetary and non-monetary benefits based on market research
- Devising the scheme related to profit-sharing, ESOP, Long Term incentive plans in order to retain the existing talent
- Driving reward & recognition programs across the group
- Creating various metrics & analysis pertaining salaries, benefits
- Conducting predictive analytics, data analysis and interpretation of trends to support proactive compensation planning
- Owning the centralized compensation master of all the employees across the group for maintaining the parity while offering the new candidates, salary revision etc.
- Governing all statutory compliances
- Driving Employee Insurance, other wellness & EB portfolio
- Attrition and retention analysis & suggesting measures to improve retention of key talents & high potential employees
