The ideal candidate would be someone with experience working in a Medium/Big Size manufacturing company. ( Any manufacturing )
Key Task & Accountabilities:
- Create & monitor the organization's design & evaluate the manpower requirement
- Design a group-wide compensation strategy aligned with the company's long term and short term plans
- Create salaries and benefits those are complying with the current legislation and pay equity
- Performing salary reviews based on market and sector-specific benchmarking to ensure competitiveness
- Designing & Reviewing fair and attractive incentive programs
- Creating the policies for ensuring tax-saving salary structures
- Review our compensation plans with monetary and non-monetary benefits based on market research
- Driving reward & recognition programs across the group
- Creating various metrics & analyses pertaining to salaries, benefits
- Conducting predictive analytics, data analysis and interpretation of trends to support proactive compensation planning
- Governing all statutory compliances
- Driving Employee Insurance, other wellness & EB portfolio
- Attrition and retention analysis & suggesting measures to improve retention of key talents & high potential employees
