Experience needed :

- 12+ or more years in business/strategy consulting/ Transformation Program Management

- Have worked with Senior Leadership team like CEO and other CxOs

- Cross Functional experience in IT/ ITeS / Technology Product Business

- Experience in Driving Outcome based programs like Profit Improvement, Customer Satisfaction Improvement

- MBA from Reputed school will be an added advantage
