Head - Oracle Practice Leader - SCM Business (10-20 yrs)
- This is a Vertical lead position and will be part of the Supply Chain leadership team .The role will be required to work collaborate with SCM LOB's and a wide network of cross functional stakeholders to drive Digitization, Automation and Building Controls agenda.
- E2E responsibility of innovation & automation strategy, change management support to Supply Chain across LOB's. Diagnose, ideate on the Supply Chain processes to create smarter, leaner, quicker processes for business delivery. Own up and drive support on all systems being used for Supply Chain, across various platforms, especially Oracle.
- Ensuring hygiene and enhancement of Supply Chain tools and application.
- Several out of the box application in Sourcing, Master Data Management, Planning and forecasting, Transport Management, WMS, Portals, Business Intelligence tool, Contract Management etc.
- ERP Processes and Tools.
- Work with cross functional team to understand and workout implications of Cross functional tools and process on Supply Chain process/systems Interacting with business users and capturing their requirements, defining detailed strategic objectives and connecting with the Organization vision and strategic plan.
